As mentioned in my recent journal, 'Five Nights At Freddy's' creator Scott Cawthon was forced to retire from the game series due to many people threatening him for supporting different political parties and for being a Christian.
So I quickly sketched up this simple picture to show my support of him. He may no longer be the owner of FNAF, but he always will be THE owner to me because without him there would be no FNAF.
EJ and Foxy of FNAF are showing their support to a good man.
Thank you Scott!

I will say, he does have controversial opinions, and it should be noted. He does deserve to be criticized imo. While he isn't outright homophobic, he does seem to support people who are.
But the backlash is where the issues arose. Verbally attacking him, and threatening the safety of him and his family is too far. Like I said, while I don't support his opinions and think he should be called out for it, I don't think his life should be jeopardized for it. Just in my opinion.
Thank you Scott Cawthon for making an amazing (if confusing) game series, and starting the trend of making indie games so popular. ^^

Well, people do need to know if someone has done something bad, or controversial. Just being aware of it can be enough. However, the thing that actually threatens the people's lives is the response from the public, or fans to that.
It's not neasecarily the fact itself, it's the response. The only time the fact alone is what threatens the person's life is when it's something absolutely awful the person did, and they deserved the backlash.
But not Scott. Not like this.
