This is a special art gift for Sonic's 30th anniversary. It's about Sonic the Hedgehog, dancing with Amy Rose in a rumba flamenco style. So that it will be so romantic, and a lot of fun. This was based on Sherrydoodlez's Shamar Date video on YouTube. Which she made a complete animatic version, of Sonic's celebration, and Amy's request to dance with him.
