Ah, your typical rival character, all with the dark colour palette and having some edgy stuff like blue flames or something like that. He is rivals with Speedy, the 2nd OC I have shown. He can ignite his own body on fire and create fire through friction when he runs. He loves to compete and fight, but gets totally bashful if you tell him you got a crush on him. He used to look much more similar to Speedy too so I wanted to distinguish him more so he doesn't look like a copy.
