This is a picture of a chessboard based on my arcade game idea: Lucario's Chess Battles. This was inspired by a Japanese arcade game based on Shogi, made by Konami. This picture was drawn by an artist who works at myfurryart.com, who I commissioned to draw.

Well, I would say that since I intended to make Lucario a genius, that I would make Lucario a chess player, so, why not just come up with this idea of a game based on his chess games. Although he's not in this picture, so I can remove the Lucario is a Pokemon character that belongs to thing if you want.
