Fresh implants can be safely removed but once your body adapts to your implants removing them could cause permanent damage or even death. Yes there is biological supplementation but it is about 6 times more expensive then artificial implants. Or if you wanted to you can get like out friend in the picture using the old fashioned way its just but many consider it a very unpractical way to get big.
