Wanda_Fan_One_Piece was a little sister for Layla the Chespin. And so, I drew her.
Meet Layla's little sister; Lucy! (She's full grown, yet much more shy, and a year younger than Layla. and she's also showing off thong swimwear, for the first time. (Which she bought from a store that had a big swimwear sale.) She tries to go out a lot, though.
