This one got pretty bad. I screwed up the coloring in places and the end result is kind of a nasty fuzz around the both of them. The problem was that I would barely do anything on this and then come back weeks later and try to do a little more and end up not really doing everything the way I maybe should have.
Jack: (One on the right) The main character of my current story "Wulf Demon". He's got a certain measure of invincibility but it's not going to completely protect him from death. Once a grizzled assassain with no idea of what his past was, he's now out to serve Nefyst--as he will have done for 20 years at the start of The Hourglass
Walker: (The one on the left). Born in 2010's, he was an average kid who, by some very good odds, managed to escape Bender's Disorder until he was being looked at for a detective position at his precinct. Unfortunately, one night the disorder reared it's ugly head and he had to go under for treatment. Adding to his misfortune, he had an almost incurable case that had slipped the radar until it was past the point anyone else in a similar situation had survived. In a last-ditch, experimental treatment, he was infused with more foreign DNA than anyone else had thought someone would survive from. It affected him, splitting him into two people who share one existence. It gives him an advantage in that the two halves equal up to an ideal investigator, but disadvantages him due to the fact that both halves have at best a strained relationship.
