Eli had never known a being like Roman. She made him feel like he did when he was a calf, full of wonder; and though she was a fraction of his size, he felt safe with her. Deep down he knew that this feeling was friendship, and he would do anything to keep the Orc woman safe as she would do anything to protect him right back.
"You ready for an adventure?" She'd coo at him, her golden eyes almost glowing in the light of the sun.
He'd move closer to her, and bend down to touch his forehead to hers. He'd follow her anywhere.
