Petty thievery in Riften is said to be at all time high, thanks to the Thieves Guild's newest tactic: Thieves shrunken down small enough to steal things undetected. Unfortunately for them, the plan has a fatal flaw: Lifting anything heavier than tundra cotton is difficult for these miniature pickpockets. Oh well. Serves them right for not leveling their carry weight.
