ok so this is me at the Gilroy Garlic Festival. i volunteered some time in the sportsmen chef pepper stake sandwiches. cooking balltip meat for about 6 hours a day over the weekend. and that just my morning shift. there are about 72 piece on each of the four blocks. and we did about 5 sets in one day. so that. (pulls out fox coagulator) 72x4x5= me only eating one pepper stake sandwich once it was all over. hahah. it was fun. hot but fun
