No one likes reading descriptions over there. Even if they are short.
I hate it when someone asks me a question when the answer is clearly stated in the description/journal/whatever. Or when they ask me a question whose answer can be easily found by looking it up themselves.
With rules like these, it allows me to figure out who is paying attention and actually wants the design.

Well, my translationtool says that the word "Caboose" means Kombuese and Dienstwagen. That translation says in german that the word also is used for the kitchen who are on boats....but I am not sure if thats right...yeah now u learnd something xD
