Kilo gave Tammy some balloons a while ago, but they stopped floating. Lea came to visit, so Lea and Tammy played a game with the balloons. Or something.
I wanted something cute to have in my gallery for this week. And I was bored, but not yet sleepy, so I drew another pic. This is the result. It could take a bit more cleanup and look more polished for it. Just let me know if you want the original .ora file or if you want me to export that to a .psd. Chances are I'm not going to revisit this one soon, since I'm pretty content with it as it is.
Also, it looks like Lea's been playing a certain video game recently. Or has a friend that did.
If I had anything else to say, I forgot what it was already.

I actually kinda agree. Though since this was more or less a continuation of http://windstone.travisuped.com/ind.....post/view/1377 I tried to keep the size of the balloons kinda similar too.
