Not all Bokuma are rotting and putrid, some actually take care of their illnesses and treat wounds.

This bokuma has a sickness thats made him too weak to go out and get food on his own , etccccc. Lucky for him he's got a nice big strong boy-toy to go out and do that, also protects him from cannibalistic bokus. When he's stuck in hiding he spends his time grooming. Making things out of found objects is another fav passtime.

He isnt purebred bokuma, he's got a little bit of something else in him which has caused em to have horns. Holes in his horns are unnatural, they were drilled in so he could attach things.
