There's a sense of grace in this picture. The way the colors are filtered below the water, how the clothes drift away, and its within the pose that the new Buizel is doing. This might not be an excruciatingly detailed piece, but it's well done. Probably one of my favorite Buizel TFs in a long while.

this TF reminds me of an animated movie called Help i'm a Fish. it is about Three children are turned into fish when they visit a mad scientist and subsequently find themselves embarking on an amazing underwater adventure. They encounter a fish who is developing a plan to take control of the oceans and then the world.
