In new story, sooner or later after mysterious return of Arcturus Mengsk from dead, few squadrons of Dominion Troops defected in various ways, all loyal to Valerian Mengsk. One squad ending up known as Revo-Troopers, one squad led by Sgt. Rot, one special forces squad led by November Terra herself and one led by young new hero known as Lt. Thomas Benefisk, old friend of James Headnail from Umojan Institute university times when Valerian Mengsk was still in charge. The Loyalist Workers and Loyalist Troopers are led by Sgt. Rot and Lt. Benefisk.
