Gracious and motherhoodly figure, once to be known for her great leadership of the Hybrid races to be led against Synthari rule way back in time when the world was only starting to come up as we now know it to be. The one who united all of the hybrids to fight as one not by force, but by wisdom and skill.
After the end of the war she befriended with the Grand Atarax becoming his right hand while staying an unofficial representative of the Hybrid race. Even though officially Moeira is the leader of only the Kami’no islands at east side of the planet, respect and authority that she gained throughout the years spreads across the entire world. Her opinion is heard in every country and her advice is often taken by the many politician leaders.
Being one of the three most important people of her world, Moeira has been given a role of “Aegis” by the many. While being known for a strict character in public, privately she’s known to be a very kind and compassionate person. Unlike Moebius, moeira relies more on her sense of Morale and sincere emotions, yet acting with lightning speed, exact occuracy and steady hand. Because of such attributes she was chosen as an official representative and the right hand of the Grand Atarax.
Like other participants of the High Council, there is not much personal information accessible to the open public about this benevolent vixen."
