My part of the Eurofurence banner project... and holy crap this took so much longer than I thought it would. D:

My animal was an okapi... a neat-looking animal that's related to the giraffe. XD The birds were added in to help balance out the color~ I can't remember the name of the orange-legged one, but the one on the right (and the wing) belong to the African glossy long-tailed starlings if I remember right.

Man... the other banners I've seen so far are amazing! I'm sorta... nervous to submit this, but I think they'll look cool all hung up together. c:

Well... I'll be hard to find, since I can't be there this fall. D: I have school starting in mid-August which makes an overseas trip rather difficult.

Maybe someday, though. :'D I haven't been to a furry convention yet.

Yeah... damn those expensive plane tickets. I heard there was a way to pay for cheap passage via boat, but I've yet to find out how to do that. >__>

Oh man, awesome art + awesome okapi, this is really great. I'm glad you ended up with such a superior species too. ~preens~ But seriously, you really did an amazing job, I love how you did the okapi's fur. Adding the birds was a good idea, they really help draw your eye around the whole piece so you can take it all in. I wish I was going to EF, I'd love to see this in person!

Thank you! XD I'm glad I managed to snag the okapi... when I lived in Cali I always liked seeing them at the zoo. Too bad I couldn't fit their striped behind in, lol~

I bloody LOVE the way you painted all the swirls. You can't miss them yet they're subtle enough not to detract from the piece as a whole. :)

Nice to see that so many Ungulates made it onto the Eurofurence poster. Even nicer to see that you got the Okapi. Good job on that, you get the UberHoof's seal of approval: (V) <--- Thats a hoof print.
