An image that has been in my head, almost for as long as the character has been. When ever it rains Vandal tends to sit outside on rooftops or in this case a comfortable perch on a gargoyle and cry. He usually keeps everything pend up inside, not wanting to show any weakness to his father, but when it rains, the raindrops hide his tears from anyone who might be watching.
