I wanted to have a super hero anthro but couldn't decide on what species. I finally chose weasel since, well, I don't have a weasel char.
Kronis here can manipulate time to an extent. Causing it to slow down or speed up in relation to the normal time-stream. He cannot travel to the past or future however. Mostly he uses it to teleport around and making temporal anomalies to catch villains. Sucks when your trying to make your escape and suddenly find yourself inside a stasis bubble. Next thing you know your behind bars...hehehe.

Hah, I remember you talking about the developmental process for this guy. Wouldn't mind switching the blue and white around on the costume, though this does admittedly have a very classic superhero vibe to it!
