"I've left my home. I'm going upwards, exiting my trench. There, in the water column I encountered an angel.
She was so pretty! With the few rays of light passing through her, she really looked like an ethereal being.
After admiring her for a bit, I tried to ask her a few questions... in vain. She didn't answer any of them!
She looked like she understood everything I said, but every time, she just stared blankly at me. It was a bit creepy...
I left her there. Looking back, I think I saw her gazing on me. It gave me the chills...
Tomorrow I hope to be in some more shallow waters. This encounter in the blackness of night wasn't really a great start for my adventure."There she goes, our heroine Lulu, on her journey in the sea. Her first encounter is a cecaelia of the Clione tribe. This tribe has a deep-seated tradition (as deep as the ocean itself!) of wandering the seas at night in search of their holy land. Because of this, other tribes and clans have started to think of them as psychopomps, guides for the souls of the dead. They are very reserved towards other tribes, often staying silent while watching them. Certainly, this, and the fact that they are transparent, have contributed to their ethereal demeanor.
