skull mask dragon ninja commission icon for Ryukishi

ugh, this icon for 
Ryukishi didn't turn out as well as I planned.. i should have drawn a differnt perspective since his snout is so long that it doesn't fit the icon size very well..
I had a good time drawing this cool guy it's too bad it didn't turn out as I had hoped.

perhaps it would have looked better with a differnt background colour.. any suggestions?

Well, I'm sorry to hear that you don't think it's good, because I really like it. :> The mask design is really unique and looks the way it actually would being worn. I wouldn't worry about the icon...I wasn't planning on replacing my current one anyway, as it holds a special meaning to me. It's good to finally have a picture drawn by you after all these years of watching.
