It meant we couldn't go as many places as we'd have liked, but goodness it made for some nice, melancholy backgrounds

Heh >;] What I'd do before he could speak was get as close to him as my wheelchair's footrests would allow, then reach up to his shoulders and gently lean his head down, then boop his snootle with my nose, keeping it there and saying one word as I look into his eyes: "Rub!" If I don't get mauled, I at least might have made a new friend.
