This is Bloody Scary, she's a spider girl and also one of the managers of Demons on hasbia. Most demons who work for Demons are arthropods of some sort for some reason (i like buggiez). Her design is supposed to look like she's some sort of horned human with an upside-down head, but in reality her mouth is a third eye and the horns are her mandibles, her head being right-side-up after all.
