this is the alternate. :D everyone I asked seemed to like this one more, so I thought I'd be brave and include it... :D I might switch back and forth, but I'm not sure. they took 40 pictures, by the way, but i chose like, 8. :D
I almost broke my ankle in those shoes :/ butcher paper on carpet + six inch stiletto platform open-toe heels. the flash did a good job of hiding all the holes in the paper from our shoes. i had to have two people help me onto the paper and then risked faceplanting into a TV if i fell. X3 had the ground been hard, i would have handled it just fine, but it was like trying to stand on a waterbed in platforms. it was scary as shit. i was so glad when i was finally able to take the sitting and laying poses.
also, those stockings are THE REAL THING. actual nylons from the 50s. they feel super weird going on, and have no give or elasticity whatsoever. most of the ones they use at VV have runs in them because they're hard to find, so they always have to airbrush the runs out! also, trivia: they stopped wearing them when they realized that if you got caught in a fire, the nylon would melt into your flesh. sexy, huh? :D

I might do some B&W/infrared versions of these. it takes like two seconds!
to these i added a really easy retro effect that, again, takes two seconds. just go to the channels palette, click "green", select all and copy, then go to "blue", paste, and go back to RGB. instant retro effect.

the thing about insane shoes like those is that they're sexy in stills, but inevitably you always fall down, and that's not sexy. X3 i've seen it on the runway endless times, and there's just no cool way to play it off, so i avoid insanely tall shoes in the real world. but in pictures, hell yes. :D
Once I get a really solid good one from each girl I'll probably post a montage :3 with every girl's permission, of course. most girls in this group were far from modest, and they all intend to post their pics on facebook, so i don't think anyone's worried about them being too risque. there's no nudity :D
