I saw invisible arms before but I quite like how in this design they look like they're glitched away instead of leaving shoulder stumps like in most designs with invisible arms..

She has no flesh and blood, she is a programmatic being, and this figure is like an avatar of her own creation.
The missing arm was a glitch in the making, but it was eventually incorporated into the final design.

btw, the her main body is a cylindrical AI pod. :3
