Good Christ! Where the unholy fuck is this guy keeping his internal organs!? I won't bother trying to comprehend the monumental feat of ergenomics that would be involved with cramming a liver, stomach, diaphragm, kidneys, intenstines, pancreas, spine and assorted other bits and pieces into a lower torso that narrow, because to do so would surely cause my brain to break...
