I was fortunate enough to read a collection of Addams' cartoons when I was a teenager. Are there rights issues or something preventing him from being published more widely today?

The Tee & Charles Addams Foundation handles licensing, and extensively vets any proposed use of the cartoons Mr. Addams drew during his lifetime. As such, there are seldom reprints.

KT imitated Addams' style so well that I thought this was an actual Charles Addams drawing that he modified by adding the Monster Shop sign.
