Yes, I do realize the irony of Sugar posing as medical staff; well, more so as a doctor than as a nurse. I suppose she can fake it as long as she's not trying to impersonate a dietician.
If Sugar takes on a job as a maid, there's only one real question to ask: is she trying to fatten up the master/mistress, the staff, or both?
I forgot if the last one is supposed to be a factory worker or a car maintenance tech. Probably the former. Sugar knows some car maintenance, like checking the oil and other important fluids, refilling said fluids, and changing a tire, but I don't think she knows how to do more than that, especially since she usually just flies/teleports wherever she needs to go.
