Despite their current situation, the relationship between Dusk and Ty wasn't always so good. Ty had mistakenly believed the living plush suit would be more akin to a pet cat- take care of the basics and cuddle while you're home, without having to worry while you're away- than his equal. Dusk, on the other hand, had a dominant and confrontational ego. Ty, in Dusk's mind, was lucky to have him around let alone wear him. These early troubles were compounded by the two having very different personalities. Ty was socially withdrawn and enjoyed retreating to his home after an exhausting day of being around people. Dusk, on the other hand, wanted to get out and see the world. He was a natural and unabashed flirt, taking the opportunity to come on to anyone who showed the slightest bit of interest simply because he could. Ty, on the other hand, would rarely do more than sending messages on Discord.

The two were able to strengthen their partnership over time, however. At first, this was just because Dusk needed to be worn and Ty enjoyed wearing him. Ty grew to rely on Dusk to take over in social situations, finding himself out of the house and making more friends which in turn brought him out of his shell. Dusk began to mellow out when he realized he didn't need to compete with Ty for control over their shared body. As he became better friends with Ty, he was able to rely less and less on going out to get his social fix. This gave Ty more time to retreat and decompress after hectic days, where the two would spend time gaming with each other.

Over time this truce would lead to friendship, and later something more. Nowadays, each of the pair considers himself to be in a committed romantic relationship with the other; despite Dusk still flirting with ever pretty girl plushsuit he sees. Ty spends most of the day wearing Dusk, even sleeping inside of him. He has stated that not wearing the living plush suit seems foreign and strange. In spite of his familiarity with Dusk, he still finds wearing the living suit to be exciting. Together, the two have even managed to reach a state where the line between them begins to blur. This state of synchronization is always short lived, likely due to the sheer amount of difference between the two personalities. It is possible in the future the two will be able to temporarily merge into a single entity, at least mentally, at will.

Hello all! I was trying to do a bit of a different style when I drew this. I've been inspired by   ArcherMouse 's plush suits recently, so I thought I'd try doing one in his style. Overall, I think it came out well. Archer really seems to like using ellipses in the drawing of his suits, which gives them a chonky look that I really like. Anyhow, this was a lot of fun to draw. I may come back to do some shading in the future as well.
