Another daily and weird sound design session thingy. I also spent about an hour just tweaking stuff :P

The bass was originally just pure white-noise gain-automated so it makes a pattern i like, then processed with multiband and wideband frequency shifters, then i try to use Envelope Followers mapped to some comb and, specially, some formant filters with high Q-Factors (this ones make the fundemental and some harmonics) and then distorted the heck of it. Like always.

After that, mooree filters, but now are All-pass filters in series that smooth-out a little bit the transients, then some FDN-kind filters through DIY IR's using convolution, then though some spectral resonators racks i made some months ago. Finally, I put a "Phat rack" i made months ago for more fatness, i guess. (yes, abelton)
The second-half was the same thing, but now the sample goes though some "audio choppers" buffers randomizer effects that create different patterns with the incoming signal before all the processing... _{Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee}


Also, I also tried to resynthetize the Skrillex Supersonic's kick or something like that with that very subby thump.
Isn't the same, but well, i tried lol
