I find sketch-painting in monochrome can sometime help me sort the ideas in my head a little better. I am having a bit of a hard time settling on one design for Galthas, given he has the no face version, eye/eyes version, and teeth as well version. Mostly because I need to find a way to marry the painted/more real version with sketched, simpler style. This isn't it yet but I like the render : ) Step closer I suppose.
