Well, this was one hell of a process, but here it is, Infinite! Been meaning to make this model for a while, and thanks to the request of a commissioner, I got the excuse to actually get it done! There's a evil masked version and this unmasked version~ both of them feature the same body and the hair that is actually made of hair!
I'll be honest, I always said to myself "oh when I make maskless Infinite I'll make the head from scratch myself!", but... since I'm knee deep in commissions waiting in line to be made, and I wanted to save time, I decided to download one of the SFM maskless Infinite models to start off of... and as soon as I started editing that model I remembered WHY I wanted to do it from scratch myself XD Making the model optimized for my setup was... something. I ended up changing so much of it that it mind as well be brand new anyway... oh well :p All that applies only for the unmasked head, for the body I just used the proper in-game Infinite model as base, and... holy crap, the original model is fantastic, Sega really knows how to make a model well polished and detailed when they try to~
One of my goals with the head was to make the shape fit and conform to the shape of the mask, so realistically (or at least close enough), the head could technically really fit inside the mask pretty snuggly... and I'd say that was a success~ the thing you'll notice, however, is that the side-effect of that is that Infinite's head is a bit *large* and *long*, he has a pretty *sizable* forehead, but hey, that's by the original design, so... oh well. I specially like how well I managed to make the scar stripe texture thingy, that was texture painted with some noise for jagged edges and it looks really damn good :3 Also the different color eyes is a new for my roster, very nice touch to his design.
And, of course, about his feet... His shoes are very nice and pretty, and I usually go by the shoe side/shape to dictate what foot size/shape I give the character... Infinite's shoe size/shape is *weird*. It's both... long and wide at the same time...? The pointy tip that curves up on the shoe made it even more weird to judge what his feet should look like, so... He ended up having pretty beefy feet, with long toes. In fact, I just checked and his feet are comparable with Leo's in size, just with considerably longer toes. Considering his height (He's shorter than you'd expect, a tiny bit shorter than Sonic. In fact, he's also almost exactly as tall as Leo, which was completely not planned, and I just found out while comparing foot sizes XD Tho thanks to the big head and big hair, Infinite looks taller.
Regardless, I hope yall enjoy having the new character option, sadly it might take a while until yall get to see some foot action with this boi, but still~

Oh goodness, Infinite!!~
Man he looks so good! You got the shape of his face really fitting for his mask!
I love the glow and the material on the Phantom Ruby as well; aaa you're so good at making these~
The texture and material on his shoes is also wild, I LOVE Infinite's footwear. And between all the materials of his shoes and the metals, and the shape even, you REALLY knocked this out of the park!!~
I can't wait to get at the Jackal feets too, the rims on those shoes are just too wide to resist pulling them off~
