So yeah, I picked up Dragon Quest IX recently and discovered that you can make your character appear pretty much any way you desire. Height and build, gender, facial features, eye and hair color, skin tone, and so on... so I decided to do what I used to do all the time as a kid and do my team based on my real life friends and myself.

Wodie is the last of the four and a priest who so far I've dumped every skill point he has into his Faith (healing magic bonuses). Its a bit odd because in real life my buddy isn't exactly the healbot type.

So why is he in Dragon Quest?

Simple. Tessa isn't religious, I'm agnostic, and Whisper is atheist.

Wodie is the only person out of my circle of friends who considers himself Christian, so he gets the healypriest role.
