I've been having a craving for some German potato salad for a while now, but there aren't really any German restaurants out here and stores don't sell it like they did in Florida. Solution? Find a recipe and make it myself!

Thoughts: This hit the spot, yum yum! Just the flavor I was looking for, sweet, tangy, sour, and savory all in one! This beats cold potato salad by a long shot. It's not all that difficult to make either, it just takes forever for all the potatoes to start boiling so figuring out the timing for everything is a bit difficult. The recipe says to cut the potatoes while the bacon cooks but I know cutting that many potatoes takes time that imo takes longer than the bacon takes to cook. I cooked the bacon before cutting the potatoes instead.
