Itain is typically serious and quiet, though he can deliver a sharp quip when its called for. When they were teenagers, Itain had a huge crush on their mutual friend, Aldek, who was a huge dumbass but physically the Cardassian ideal. Nowadays he's terribly embarrassed by how much he fawned over Aldek, who was thankfully oblivious.
He once offered to marry Hara as a cover for the both of them, but she turned him down.
