How did you do the fur texture here?

I use watercolor and colorpencils!:)

I mean... what was the technique yo used?

I use watercolor first to coat the paper with a base layer color and put down where the shadows will be, before I use colorpencils to build up debt and light and textures gradually, and in the end I use white acrylic paint for details like shine in the eyes and nose, whiskers, stars or sparkles or droplets. ^^
