Shake N Bake Flinters
I am soooo Milking this round of KFC Flinters and Redwina Universe. And since
Flinters admittedly declares himself "Delicious", make the most of it.
Plus that great chef wuff
Vrghr knows a tasty meal when he smells one, and will make a great meal out of the hapless Wallaby (With any luck!).
Even Redwina Universe is showing signs of being a tad bitchy , unlike Red Shetland, who would have done far far worse catching Flinters in her underwear drawer. Sadly Flinters doesn't have the convenient handle of his own tail shoved up his ass.
Just continuing a lil art zap towards "I'm Melting!!! What a World What a World What a World...OOhhhhhhh" Flinters!

Plenty of meats fall into that category. This is why chefs invented Braising! *grin*
Vrghr is sure that by that time wuff's done with him, he'll be a tender, juicy and succulent repast
- though Vrghr isn't sure even he can do anything about the snarky remarks that'll be sure to come with the dish

Firstly, this wuff is HONORED to be included in the ongoing series of Zaps! Is the first time in the fandom wuff has been in on one of these! *HUGS*
Second - - wuffy hears that roo's can be a bit tough, stringy, and gamey.
Sounds like a perfect time to employ a quick sear (though it looks like that's already been taken care of!!), followed by a lovely Braise. Perhaps with some native yams, some carrots, onions, parsnips, and turnips. A nice wine and stock broth.
Served on a bed of warrigal greens and sprinkled with some toasted macadamia nuts for texture.
And a lovely mint salsa just to tease the poor roo further. *GRIN*

Hmm.... good thought! Sous Vide is certainly a great method for changing a tough, stringy cut of meat into a tender and juicy meal.
Wuff's suspecting that for something of Flinters' size, it would take at least 72 hrs or more sealed in the vacuum bag immersed in the hot water.
Wonder what Flinters would make of that? *grin*
