12x12 Trio (art by Singingfoxes)
Here's the final piece that Peter over at
singingfoxes agreed to let me use art for. When I asked him if I could get a set of images to see how, or even if the machine at Memories-4-Ever could do multiples, he was quick to fire back with not one, but three separate sets of images, and this was the set that won the spot.
I was actually at a loss for how to do this, I hadn't tried doing a multi image piece before this and was still in the process of learning the software when I began tinkering with this piece. While I wasn't exactly expecting it to turn out the way it did—hence the decorations to either side of the bottom image—I can say that for a first piece of its kind to leave the shop, it turned out remarkably well in my opinion.
This actually came after a print that I'd been fighting with for about two weeks and was a bit gun shy about the power settings on the laser, which ultimately is why the print came out as light as it did, but I think that was for the better, as all three images had details that would have been washed out if it had been very much darker.
Anyway, as always, credit is given where credit is due, Peter is an amazing artist, and a truly great person that I'm proud to have as a friend! So, if you'd like to see the original pieces, click here > https://www.furaffinity.net/view/39550096/
