When Akechi went to visit Kamura Village, he asked around if he could get a better sword from his current one. He was told that if he conpleted a special event quest, he can use the materials rewarded to forge what he’s looking for. So after completing the quest and bring the materials to the smithy, he forged the Hi Ninja Sword and Shield, the shield being the bracelet. Suddenly, an urgent quest was announced to slay a Crimson Glow Valstrax. Seeing an opportunity to test out his new weapon, he accepted the quest. Even though Valstrax could reach speeds faster than a fighter jet with more maneuverability, it was no match for Akechi who used his Shinobi tactics to lure the monster into traps and swiftly slashing and punching at it. After the battle, he brought the materials back to the smithy who added the materials to his weapon, giving it and added blast ailment, now Akechi has a powerful explosive blade fit for a shinobi.
