Here's the complete lineup of last month's Pastel Core series! Big thanks to everyone who voted for the fashion trends that became illustrations. From left to right: Vintage, Kawaii, Academia, Glam and Goth.
This is merely the second fashion series I've done and the reception I've had is amazing! I am beyond happy I started this art page a couple months ago and I can't wait to show you all the other ideas I have for my art.
What I like about the pastel aesthetic is the childish and playful feeling it has, which to me is a way of breaking with the somewhat expected harshness of adult life. Also, it's a way of softly flaunting your feminine side regardless of your gender.
