Redraw of a panel from a newly-made Casper story, from Casper's Spooksville #3. In this, the third part of Casper's Outer Space Adventure --- ``Water We Do?'' --- Casper, Wendy, Spooky, and Hot Stuff end up in Space Egypt and, you know, things happen. Well, these rubbery-armed guys are part of the Royal Guard, although at least this episode Casper and company never get to the actual Royals. They are able to solve the water shortage, at least, so that's nice. Original art by Eric Shanower (original coloring by Jeremy Kahn, although Im'm duplicating that even more loosely.)
