I never draw Dragonairs, which is weird considering how much I like them. So... I did, for once. I've drawn cute things before, but boy did this tug at my heartstrings. This is Cathay! She has some white spots here and there for added cute factor (maybe her dad was an Azumarill), plus a pink neck bow - very important.
