A Cryptid who only appears to people lost and in critical danger from the harsh desert elements

Mirage is mute but can grant a person the knowledge to get home if they touch the orb of light between it's horns.

The magic fruit on its back are very tasty and heal sunburn, exhaustion, and heat stroke! If you try to steal them from it or try to hurt Mirage you will get a nasty sting from its tail

those who Mirage has saved will sometimes leave gifts in glass bottles barried in the sand for it to find later. It's favorite gifts are hard candy and rose water : )
