so a daily doodle, with commissioned coloring by  dagero, depicting my OC, Sugar, in a sorta DnD/pathfinder esque setting, finding a magic cursed little cloak with cute little cat ears and tassels.

Sugar finally found a cleric who would actually take a look at his condition. and after staying the night at their clinic, the head cleric finally figured out what exactly was happening to sugar.

it's an extraordinarily powerful curse, seemingly brought on from contact with a cursed artifact (his cloak), that seems to be slowly warping Sugar's body in that of a cat.

with the curses strength, the Cleric estimates it will only take 9 days from first contact to fully transform the subject into the desired outcome. worse yet, the longer the curse is on Sugar, the stronger it becomes, and the harder it would be to remove. Had Sugar come to the cleric immediately, they may have been able to remove it, but even now its too strong for any cleric outside of the capitol to really handle, they imagine. and the capitol is a weeks carriage ride away, so even that option is out.

Sugar asks if there is anything that can be done, to which the Cleric tells him, while the clergy focuses on healing and blessing and such, transfiguration such as what this curse is forcing on him are a bit closer to the domain of a Druid, and he would probably have better luck searching one out. Druid are of course, far rarer than clerics in the city, usually either wandering adventurers or secluded hermits out in the wilds, so Sugar has his work cut out for him...
