Putting all these extra lemons I got to good use, this time I made a creamy lemon fettuccine dish, recipe found here: https://www.foodandwine.com/recipes.....my-lemon-pasta
Thoughts: Nummy nummy, I love lemon pasta when it's done right. This is a good start though, in my opinion, it's just pasta and that's kind of boring. I'm thinking keilbasa or ground turkey would go good with it. Artichokes too, I just gotta buy a bag of frozen artichokes and cook those up in the sauce. Oh and leaks would be a nice addition too!
