This entry is based off recent world building on of This post. Me and Greycait get random spurts of inspiration and we're guilty of reviving long dead random ideas.
So here it goes
In a world where the fantastical exists (not quite the Weirdening but it's own setting) other fantasy stuff exists alongside humanity and helped/hindered progress in their own ways. One such creature is the Dragon. Powerful and long-lived, they've had their claws in the affairs of the lives of more short lived beings.
One of the more notable drakes (for better and for worse) involved in the lives of humans is simply known as The Black Prince by most men. It is the prince that had the Rocky Mountains declared a Semi autonomous zone for dragon kind by the US and Canadian governments. It was the Black Prince that caused the deaths of the Donner Party among countless pioneer groups.
Why do I bring this up? His daughter, simply known as Yazzy to her few friends is key to the story of Johnny and Trevor and their conjoinment. She was the one who merged them together because, well, she was lonely in more ways than one. There are only two male dragons in the Continental 48 and one of them is his father.
Needless to say, when Johnny came to her meekly asking for some money to help with his and Trevor's rent (they are roommates). She took advantage of this human and when he came home with a bag of money he was drenched from the waist up because no little human dongle would satisfy. One thing led to another and somehow the boys ended up merged due to her draconic magical influence.
Somehow and after sometime, the boys somehow ended up being Yazzys Boyfriend and one day they had to meet her Father.
Her dad DOES NOT like Humans. So.... yazzy, who has the ability to transform into a human (akin to dragons in twokinds) decided to turn the combined boys into a dragon to meet her father.
She didnt expect the different heads. The bird head is Johnny and the Other is Trevor. Just shortened to Johnver. Their now semi draconic status didnt lower the Princes intrest in them as multiheaded dragons are RARE. Rarer than humans dating the fantasical.
