Not the middle arch on both sides, it has an animal head but it's different. The one on the right looks like a monkey, but I can't make out what the other one is, any idea?

If you do enough research, they're not so hard to find. :) I just look for abandoned hospitals.

I believe that is the building number on the original map.

Lovely photo, too bad it's no longer enjoyed by the public as much. To think of how much effort someone put into that art. Least it will stand the tests of time, until someone destroys it at least..

Its very true. Paint and sheetrock decays, but the structure of these buildings would last generations if we didn't drive through them to make room for something else.
