An extra doodle for RayPlushPup because heck, you deserve it after having to wait so long for your commission! It's Ray marching around with a song in his heart!

This was my first ever gouache painting - up to that point gouache was an art medium that I actively avoided as I thought I wouldn't enjoy it. But I found a small, cheap test pack of 6 colours and decided to give it a go. Then I finished up this one piece and immediately ordered more colours, haha. It's a good reminder to give something new a chance, you might be surprised with where it leads you! I'm sure I'm gonna reach for those paints more often now!
