Cari Perreault couldn't believe it! She was finally here at the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Maryland. After going through Induction Day, where she got her gear, haircut, fitted for uniforms, swore in the Oath of Office, she said her final good-byes to her parents and siblings before heading to Bancroft Hall, the LARGEST dormitory in the United States.

Her excitement nearly got her in trouble a few times. She needed to learn to calm down and not let her excitement get the best of her.

Upon getting her assigned dorm room, she collected her bag of things and headed up. Millions of sailors from the past have passed through these halls and she was in awe at the sights.

Cari entered her dorm room and took a look out the window, observing the sights of the Academy grounds.

"Hello?" a sweet voice said behind her.

Cari turned and saw a female rabbit (with a raccoon tail) behind her.

"Is this your assigned dorm?" the female rabbit asked.

"Uh, yes, it is," Cari replied, a little nervous meeting the stranger for the first time.

"Mine too, I guess that makes us roommates. I'm Aselyn, Aselyn Raxen," she said.

"I'm Perreault, uh, Cari Perreault," Cari replied. They shook hands and smiled.

Little did either of them know they just met their best friend and future teammates, throughout their journey in the Naval Academy and their carriers beyond!
