Yup, it's a ring-tailed cat, which is, not actually a cat, it has a ringed tail though so that bit of the name of it is right!
Bassariscus astutus is it's name and it's in the same family as raccoons. look them up they are just so cute XD and slightly demented looking but mostly cute.

this WAS actually going to be another wolf, then I said NO! because I need to get myself out of this rut so here we have instead something a bit unusual, yay!
